naked binder's school binders giveaway

It is back to school time here in my house, and I know it is for many of you too.

Of course, part of this season of life involves back to school supplies shopping, which can either be a lot of fun or a big pain in the wallet (or both).

I don't know about you, but I get a bit giddy in the school supplies aisle, thinking of all the ways I could personally use some of these products in my home office, and taking advantage of the sales.

At the same time, however, I feel a bit guilty about all the waste I see. Lots of bleached unrecyled paper, throw away products, buying new markers when we really could be using the ones we've already got, etc.

That's why I'm excited to announce a Back to School giveaway sponsored by Naked Binder, where one lucky winner can receive approximately $30 worth of school binders, binder tabs and folders all made from recycled materials, and which can themselves be completely recycled. (Exact contents of the prize package may vary from the items pictured.)

Using eco-friendly and green school supplies can definitely make you feel better about that supplies splurge we all seem to make right around now!

More Information About Naked Binders

I've actually done a giveaway with Naked Binder before, so you may be somewhat familiar with the company. If you're not though, basically they make recycled, eco-friendly binders for both school and office use with a minimalist and simple design. You can check out the Naked Binder website here.

The fact that I previously got a binder from them in February means that I've had a chance since then to really test its durablity, and its still going strong for me.

I have to admit when I first got the binder I was a bit concerned that it wouldn't last, since it is made from recycled materials. But they are very strong and hard, and it has stood up to wear and tear.

This time, I got a couple of different color school binders from them, which I think look really nice on my bookshelf (see picture to the right), don't you?

However, they won't stay there long, since each of my kids that is in school has called dibs on one of them to take for their school binders this year. I was lucky that sent enough of them so everyone got something and was happy. :)

Kids are really rough on binders, so I'll be interested to see if they hold up as well for them as they have for me (I'll report back later!)

In addition to the binders, I also received some recycled sturdy binder tabs, a folder that fits in the binder, and some folders that are stand alone (such as the one you see on the left).

Again, the folders are going to be divvied up between my kids to take back to school with them, so I'll report back later about how well the hold up.

I can't wait to use the tabs with the binder I've been using, to help me organize my materials for work in there.

Good luck to each of you in the giveaway, and if you're interested in eco-friendly office or school supplies, make sure to check out Naked Binder.
